Take a walk on the wild side!
Embark on a wild adventure and get up close with some amazing exotic animals! Hop aboard the Jayell Ranch Express, our charming little train, and journey to meet kangaroos, our capuchin monkey named Abu, giant tortoises, and a vibrant collection of tropical parrots and birds. The train departs from the depot and will take you to and from the exhibits. Feel free to spend as much time as you like interacting with our furry and feathered friends. Your ticket is valid for the entire day, so you can come and go as you please. All ages welcome! Enjoy the animal encounter 10am-5pm. Tickets include feed cups and treat sticks for the animals.
Meet & Greet with Abu (Addon)
Meet & Greet with Abu, our adorable capuchin monkey. With this add on you will be able to enter the exhibit, interact and take photos with Abu! Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to get up close with our charming little monkey! To purchase the meet & greet, you must have a ticket to the exotic animal encounters.
*Please note: Operating hours may vary by season, and certain time and age restrictions may apply for interacting with exotic animals. Be sure to add on the monkey meet & greet to go inside the monkey exhibit with Abu (must be 12 years old to participate in the meet and greet)

- We have seed sticks for feeding (based on availability)
- The birds and monkey are very friendly and do approach guests and often land on you; the monkey typically bounces from person to person and is very social during the monkey meet & greet.
- While this is what they typically do and most guests are able to hold the animals we cannot guarantee it as we do not allow chasing or grabbing at the animals. We allow them to come to you.
- Guests who are afraid of birds or monkeys can remain in the sallee port behind the screen where they can still view the animals.
- We cannot guarantee that you will be able to touch the monkey.
- All ages are welcome on the adventure. However, guests must be 12 years old to enter the monkey exhibit for the meet & greet. Guests under 12 can still view and interact with the monkey and interact with and feed the tropical birds, kangaroos and giant tortoises.
