I visited several years ago and loved this place

I visited several years ago and loved this place. My granddaughter who is 12, wanted to go horseback riding on our girls get-away, last week 4/24 so I absolutely looked this place up. She has never been on a horse before. There was no wait. However, there was one group of 3 in front of us, then 2 other groups came, which made for 14 of us. My granddaughter and I were unable to hear anything the guide was trying to tell us. I personally think they should have split us up, it wasn’t crowded. The next ride going out had 4, including the guide.
Overall, she loved the experience.
